Welfare and Wellbeing

Welfare Information

At D&G Swim Team, the wellbeing of our members is our highest priority. We are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all children and young people involved in our club.

If you have any welfare-related concerns or would appreciate a confidential conversation, please contact one of the welfare officers or support services listed below. Your voice matters, and we’re here to listen.

Our Commitment to Safeguarding

We believe every child and member has the right to:

  • Feel safe from harm, abuse, and neglect
  • Be supported by trusted adults and peers
  • Be respected in all aspects of their participation

Safeguarding is a shared responsibility—one that belongs to every coach, volunteer, parent, and member of our swimming community. Together, we strive to create an environment where children can thrive both in and out of the water.
