How to Join
Work out the right starting point
We have groups for every level — from Learn to Swim (levels 1-10) right through to our Gold Squad. Not sure which group fits your swimmer? Our Squad Pathways page explains each group and what is expected.
Get in touch
Drop us a message via our contact page. Let us know your swimmer's age, current ability, and which group you think might be the right fit. We will come back to you promptly and help point you in the right direction.
Come for a trial
We will arrange a trial session so your swimmer can experience the group, meet the coaches, and get a feel for the club. There is no pressure — it is simply a chance to see if D&G is the right fit.
Join the club
Following your swimmer's trial, we will offer guidance, then support you through registration, membership fees, and everything else you need to get started. Welcome to D&G.
Brand new to swimming?
Our Learn to Swim programme is the perfect starting point. Covering levels 1-10, it gives young swimmers the foundations they need before progressing into our competitive squads.
