Our Commitment to Safeguarding
D&G Swim Team is committed to providing a safe, positive and inclusive environment for every child and young person in our programme. We fully adopt Swim England's Wavepower 2024–2026 Child Safeguarding Policy and Procedures.
We ensure that:
- Children are listened to, respected and protected
- Coaches and volunteers follow mandatory safeguarding standards
- All activity is delivered in line with national guidance
- Concerns are taken seriously and acted upon quickly
D&G Swim Team adopts Wavepower in full.
