What is Wavepower?

Wavepower is the mandatory safeguarding framework for all Swim England affiliated clubs. D&G Swim Team adopts Wavepower in full. It sets out the standards, procedures and responsibilities that keep every child and young person in our programme safe.

It includes guidance on:

• Child protection
• Photography and filming
• Codes of conduct
• Social media and communication
• Safer recruitment
• Events, travel and team management
