D&G Swim Team follows Swim England's safer recruitment procedures for all staff and volunteers. This includes:

• Enhanced DBS checks
• Reference checks
• Mandatory safeguarding training
• Ongoing supervision and compliance monitoring

No individual may work with children until all checks are completed.
