The qualification window has closed and the invitation lists for this summer's national competitions are now published. We are delighted to that so many D&G swimmers have received invitations across all three major meets. Click through to each event page for full details.
These three meets represent the pinnacle of the domestic long-course season. Earning an invitation requires posting qualifying times at accredited competitions across a two-month window — it is not handed out, it is earned. Whether you have one swim or 10, for any swimmer to see their name on these lists is a genuine marker of where they stand in the sport nationally.
Aquatics GB Next Gen Championships 2026
Venue: Ponds Forge International Sports Centre, Sheffield
Dates: Thursday 16 July – Wednesday 22 July 2026
The Aquatics GB Next Gen Championships is one of the most important end-of-season events in the British swimming calendar. Entry is by invitation only, based on long-course performances recorded during the qualifying window of 6 March – 10 May 2026. Seven days of racing including individual events, multi-classification para-swimming, and the relay programme.

The Swim England National Summer Meet is Swim England's biggest domestic swimming event of the year. Swimmers invited are those ranked next in line at Swim England affiliated clubs, or those who have chosen to be ranked as an English swimmer.

Qualifying Window: 6 March – 10 May 2026
The Scottish Summer Meet is open to competitors registered as members of Scottish Swimming. Entry is by invitation based on long-course times from the qualifying window. Phase 1 entries close at 14:00 on Friday 5 June 2026.
