D&G Christmas Cracker 2026 — 28th & 29th November 2026

Entry Opening

Entries open for clubs: 8am on Saturday 24 October 2026

Entries will be accepted until each session is full, at which point the meet will close.

Entry Fees

Entry fee: £7.50 per event

Poolside entries: £10 per swim if the meet is not oversubscribed, at the discretion of the Meet Manager

Poolside pass: £22.00 weekend / £11.00 per day — includes start sheets, lunch and a full copy of results. Coaches and Team Managers will NOT be permitted on poolside without the necessary pass.

How to Submit Entries

Entries must be submitted using the Sportsystems Entry Manager file and emailed to the address on the summary sheet. Online payment details are included in the summary sheet.

A valid email address must be supplied for entry confirmation.

Spectator Admission

£5 per session or £10 per day

Concessions: £4 per session or £8 per day

Children 12 and under accompanied by an adult admitted free

50p start sheets per session. Payment by card or cash.

D&G athletes: Please check the internal D&G entry deadline, which may differ from the meet's official opening date.
