How to Enter

Entries

Entries open at 8am on Saturday 29th August 2026.

Entries will be accepted until each session is full or by 22 September 2026, whichever is sooner.

Start sheets: 50p per session.

Payment by card is preferred.

Photography Policy

The use of image-capturing equipment (still or video) in the pool, changing, or spectator areas is strictly forbidden. Only an officially designated photographer will be permitted on poolside.

Swimmers and parents are not permitted on the stairways to poolside. These are for official and emergency use only.

Meet Conditions

Full Conditions

Held under Swim England Regulations and Technical Rules, licensed by Swim England NER as a Level 3 meet.

Swimmers may compete for only one club during the meet.

The Female category is for birth sex females in accordance with Swim England's Transgender and Non-Binary Competition Policy.

Swimmers must have an entry time for each event. Entry times must not be faster than the accompanying Qualifying Times (QTs) and should be taken from official rankings where possible. Where a swimmer has not previously competed in an event, a coach-estimated time must be submitted.

TIME only swims may be accepted at the Meet Manager's discretion where a swimmer's time is ranked faster than the QTs. No medal will be awarded and the swimmer will not receive a placing. The time will be submitted to rankings.

Entry times should be converted to 25m pool times using Swim England Conversion Tables where necessary.

Age Groups

Disability Swimmers

Disability swimmers shall swim under IPC Rules. Qualifying times are not required but should be submitted for seeding. Disability swimmers will be included in the able-bodied programme and results for their age group.

Poolside passes attract the advertised fee. Chaperones and personal care assistants must hold a current DBS Certificate and conform to Swim England Child Protection Procedures. Please advise the club in advance if a swimmer requires support to get changed so a changing room pass can be arranged.

General Rules

Only swimmers who can perform a Swim England competitive start may perform a shallow racing dive from the starting blocks. Over-the-top starts will be used where possible. Swimmers must remain in the water until asked to leave the pool.

Swimmers are not permitted to wear watches, Fitbits or any other timing devices.

Any entry not accepted will be refunded in full. No other monies will be refunded. Withdrawal requests on medical grounds will only be considered with supporting documentary evidence (e.g. doctor's note or hospital letter).
