Individual Swim Times
This section allows you to view the personal best times of any swimmer registered with a British National governing body. You can search for a swimmer using either their membership number or surname. While searching by name is possible, it may return a long list of results—so having the membership number on hand can make things quicker and more accurate. Once you've found your swimmer, you'll see two tables: one for long course and one for short course events, showing all recorded times. Depending on your selection in the search screen, the times displayed will either reflect the swimmer’s all-time personal bests or their top performances from the past 12 months. For deeper insights, you can click on any event name to view all swims recorded for that event. If a swim time appears as a blue hyperlink, it means split times are available—just click to explore the full breakdown.

How Swimming Rankings Work in Britain
Every swim done in a licensed meet across Britain gets added to one big database. This means swimmers can see how they rank at different levels—like within their club, their county, their region, or across the whole country.
Most rankings show results from the past 12 months, but you can also look up all-time rankings. You’ll see up to 100 results on the screen at once, and if you want to go further down the list, you can change where the list starts.
There are filters to help you narrow things down—like by age, event, or stroke. The “Age At” setting usually defaults to 31st December, because bigger competitions group swimmers by birth year, not by their exact age on race day. But you can change that if you want to see rankings based on age at the time of the swim.
