Entry Fees

How to Enter
All entries must be submitted online. The system will automatically populate with your best times from British Masters and Swimming Rankings achieved since 1 October 2024.
- Enter your Swim England membership number or family name to begin.
- If you are a member of more than one club, select the club you wish to represent. Club selection cannot be changed after entry.
- Tick the events you wish to enter and proceed to payment. Your entry is not confirmed until payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email.
- Maximum of 4 individual events in Phase One, up to 8 in total across both phases.
Entry System Notes
When the system opens, events may appear fully booked shortly after opening. This is normal. A place is temporarily held while a swimmer completes their entry. If not completed, places are released automatically.
Withdrawals
Entry fee refunds will not be made for withdrawals unless on medical grounds with a supporting doctor's note.
- Before midday Thu 22 October 2026: email mastersrecorder@swimenglandvolunteers.org
- After midday Thu 22 October 2026: report to the resolution desk as soon as possible.
- Failure to withdraw correctly results in removal from all remaining events including relays. Reinstatement requires a £10 administration fee.
Membership Data
Review and update your membership data by 12 noon, Thursday 27 August. Data recorded at that point will be used for Phase One entries and cannot be amended afterwards. Qualifying times from Rankings achieved after 27 August will still be considered.

Health Declaration
By submitting an entry, competitors confirm they are physically fit to participate, are aware of the inherent risks of competition, and will conduct themselves safely throughout the Championships.
Photography and Travel Insurance
All attendees are asked to complete the Swim England photography consent form prior to attending. Travel insurance is not included in Swim England club membership insurance. Those without cover should contact Howden on 0121 698 8052 or seek cover from another provider.
