Masters SwimmersMasters swimmers have the flexibility to use any of the equipment listed above based on their individual needs. However, the most commonly used items include kick boards, paddles, and pull buoys. In addition, swimmers should bring water bottles to stay hydrated, and swimming caps may be used when necessary. |
