Competition Rules
Age Groups18-24, 25-29, then 5-year bands as required. Age taken as at 31 December 2026.
SeedingEvents seeded slowest to fastest based on submitted entry time. Each heat spearheaded.
StartsOne start rule applies. Over-the-top starts used where possible. Backstroke starts in operation.
WithdrawalsNotify organisers at least 45 minutes before session start, or email galas@billinghamasc.co.uk.
ResultsLive results available on the day. Final programme available to download - no printed programmes on the day.
EligibilityMust be a member of an ASA affiliated club and aged 18 or over on the date of competition.
How to Enter
- Email your completed entry form to: galas@billinghamasc.co.uk
- Electronic entry file (Sportsystems V2) available on request from the same address.
- Payment by bank transfer to Northumberland and Durham Swimming Association - contact organisers for sort code and account number.
- Payment reference: surname and initial followed by MASTERS (e.g. smith_a MASTERS)
- Poolside entries at the discretion of the promoter.
