Derwentside & Gateshead Swim Team (D&G) are seeking a passionate and driven Development Coach to join their expanding coaching team. Working alongside Head Coach Paul Woodley, the successful candidate will lead and support swimmers in their Skill Development, Competitive Development, and Bronze squads, focusing on technical skills and long-term athlete development.
- Part-time (~15 hrs/week) | Self-employed | Start Date: 1st September 2025
- Level 2 Swim Coach qualification required (or working towards)
- Proven experience coaching competitive swimmers to at least County level
