Team D&G travelled to the Scottish Swimming Summer Meet 2026 and delivered a brilliant two days of racing, with personal bests across the squad, two finalists, and a medal haul to be proud of.

Day 1 — Heats
Conan was first into the water, racing the 200m Butterfly and finishing 4th. He followed that up with a strong swim in the 50m Backstroke, finishing 6th and booking a place in the final that evening.
Frankie produced a huge seasons best in the 400m Freestyle, finishing 9th overall in the heat declared event — a standout performance to open her meet.
In the afternoon session, Aodan raced the 200m Butterfly and Roxie the 100m Breaststroke. Both swam close to their entry times, with Aodan securing a spot in the evening final.
Day 1 — Finals
Conan also delivered in the 17/18 years open 50m Backstroke final, going under 28 seconds for the first time in a very close finish to place 5th — a significant personal best.
Day 2 — Heats
Frankie had an outstanding morning session. She opened with a personal best in the 200m Freestyle, placing 12th, then backed it up with a superb 800m Freestyle — finishing 7th and dropping 15 seconds from her previous time.
Conan followed with a fast 200m Freestyle (6th) and went straight into the 100m Backstroke, finishing 4th and qualifying for the final that evening.
In the afternoon, Roxie swam a solid 200m Breaststroke (15th) and Aodan placed inside the top 10 in the 800m Freestyle, going sub-10 minutes — a great achievement.
Day 2 — Final
