Qualifying for NER doesn't happen by accident. It comes from showing up, session after session, doing the hard yards without complaint, and holding themselves to a standard. That is what D&G asks of its swimmers, and that is what these 13 have delivered.
Competition at this level will test them. There will be nerves, tough heats, and moments that call for composure. But that is what they have been prepared for. Race with discipline, race with your head, and let the work speak for itself.
Whatever the result, represent the club the right way — with effort, with respect, and with a positive attitude from warm-up to the final whistle. That is the D&G standard, and it matters as much as the time on the board.
