It is Day 5 in Sheffield at the Aquatics GB Next Gen Championships and there is plenty to look forward to from Team D&G today.
Last Night's Finals
In last night's finals, both Alice and Talia improved on their heat swims in the 400 freestyle. Talia picked up a personal best, with both girls placing 4th and just missing out on medals. A brilliant effort from both of them.

Morning Session
10.05 — Ben races the 100 Butterfly with City of Sunderland ASC
10.30 — Anna swims the 200 Breaststroke
Afternoon Session
13.00 — Ben joins City of Sunderland ASC for the 14/16 year 4x100 Freestyle Relay
14.30 — Alice, Talia, Rebecca and Emily take on the Girls 17&over 4x200 Freestyle Relay. It is Rebecca's first appearance at Summer Nationals.
