Day 1 — 1500m Freestyle

Day 1 of the Aquatics GB Next Gen Championships 2026 is here and D&G have two athletes in action today. Talia Staines and Alice Forrest both compete in the 1500m Freestyle. The 1500m is the longest individual event in the pool — a true test of endurance, pacing and mental strength across 30 lengths of a 50m course. We are incredibly proud of both of them for qualifying and representing the club on this stage.
